Kate is the General Counsel of Optum Ventures. Prior to joining the team at Optum Ventures, Kate was counsel at Goodwin Procter LLP and WilmerHale LLP, where she represented a wide range of both investors and start-ups in the healthcare, technology, life sciences, cleantech and retail ecosystems throughout those investors’ and companies’ lifecycles.
