Keith Foster has more than 20 years’ experience in building high performing teams and global corporate cultures in software and technology companies. Previously, he served as the interim Chief People Officer at Forescout Technologies Inc. Before that, he was the Chief People Officer at Cysiv Inc that sold to Forescout in 2022. Prior to joining Cysiv, Keith was a Partner at Trend Forward Capital since 2018. As a Partner, he served as a member of the board and a member of the compensation committee for Interaxon, a neurotechnology company that develops brain computer interfaces and for Affectiva, a software company that builds emotion sensing artificial intelligence.
