About
Keith co-founded Spring in 2010 with a mission to change the world through innovation. Over his 30 years of experience, he has counselled and taught hundreds of entrepreneurs, trained hundreds of angel investors, and coached hundreds of impact investors – from foundations, international groups, government entities to private organizations. He has launched and led multiple companies, and has raised over $80m in angel investment and venture capital. His fundraising experience includes including Hootsuite (first three rounds), StoryTap, SocialNature, Foodee ($200m exit), Ministry of Programming, ehsAI (acquired), Brightkit (acquired; 3x in 2 years), Careteam, and FoodMesh.
