Kelsey develops the firm’s platform to support the planned growth of MissionOG and help unlock greater innovation across the company. Kelsey supports all investor relations activities in order to keep shareholders informed of company and firm activity and performance. She is the point-of-contact to keep limited partners engaged with MissionOG throughout the fund lifecycles. In addition, Kelsey manages external communication to broaden and strengthen MissionOG’s impact and presence. Prior to MissionOG, Kelsey was the business manager at TargetST8 Consulting, where she functioned as both an operations and human resources generalist and managed a broad spectrum of the day-to-day operations of the firm.
