Kent S. Petty

About

Kent Petty is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in capital introduction, sub-advisory, investment management, product placement, patent monetization, and Intellectual Property acquisition and licensing. Kent has worked for and consulted with investment banks, family offices, RIAs, and investment management and advisory firms. He spent over 10 years in the field of wholesaling investment products to regional broker dealers, independent advisory firms, and institutional asset managers. He has been involved in the placement of deals closed ranging from $1M to over $250M in equity, sub-advisory, private equity, and alternative and fixed income structures. Kent holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University, which he attended on a full athletic scholarship, and an MBA from the Daniels College of Business, University of Denver.
