Night Capital was founded by Kevin Carter. Kevin began his career pursuing an entrepreneurial path before meeting the team at Baseline Ventures in 2008. What began as informal collaboration quickly turned into a career in investing. In 2009, Kevin joined Ron Conway to help build SV Angel, where he spent nearly a decade investing in and supporting generational founders from the earliest stages of company formation. During that time, the firm partnered early with companies such as Airbnb, Stripe, Coinbase, Square, Snap, Twitter and many others. In 2018, Kevin began investing independently and founded Night Capital with the support of the Conway family and a small group of strategic technology leaders as Limited Partners.
