About
Kevin Hu is a financial technology expert, advising to major corporates and governments on the digital transformation of the financial industry. Kevin worked in the finance sector as quantitative analyst and fund manager in Taiwan and New York before moving to China in 2009. During his time in China, he was the head of operations for Taiwan Merchant Trade Center, a joint stock company of Chinese National Federation of Industries and government of Jian-Su providence, building logistics and distribution channels for Taiwan. He started focusing on e-commerce from 2012, working closely with Alibaba, in charge of 80% of Taiwan product sales on the T-mall platform and launched several successful initiative with T-mall in 2013 with record breaking sales achieved in 3 days.
