Kewsong Lee is the founder and CEO of BellTower Partners LLC (“BellTower”), a private investment firm supporting operating platforms focused on scalable, lasting growth. Prior to BellTower, Lee was the CEO and member of the Board of Directors of The Carlyle Group, one of the world’s largest and most diversified investment firms. Before Carlyle, he was a senior partner at Warburg Pincus where he led and helped drive the firm’s buyout, financial services, capital markets, and consumer/industrial/services practices. Kewsong is currently the Chairman of the Board of Ascot Group Limited and Chair of the Board of Lincoln Center Theater. Kewsong earned an AB in applied mathematics from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
