Kieren joined AFM in July 2024 and is involved in the sourcing, underwriting and execution of Assembly’s Real Estate Private Equity and Credit Investments across Australia and New Zealand. He has c. 7 years of Real Estate experience across Private Equity, Investment Banking and Development in the US, Australia, and New Zealand. Prior to AFM, Kieren was a member of the Real Estate Investment Banking team at Macquarie Capital in Sydney. Before this, he was a member of the Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging Investment Banking team at Goldman Sachs in New York. Kieren began his career at Lendlease and was a member of the Investment and Capital Markets team in both New York and Sydney. During this time, Kieren has worked on some of the largest and most complex real estate transactions across asset classes, geographies, and public and private markets. Kieren holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) / Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice fro
