Klaudia brings over a decade of diverse international expertise, with a unique blend of experience as an investor, operator, and management consultant. She started her venture capital career at a generalist fund in Zurich, where she sharpened her skills in identifying promising ventures across various sectors. Later, she focused on early-stage European fintech and insurtech companies, building and overseeing a portfolio of more than 20 ventures, as part of her role at Tenity and SIX Fintech Ventures. Before transitioning to venture capital, she advised leading financial institutions on large-scale transformations, driving innovation, and navigating complex regulatory landscapes. Additionally, she played a pivotal role in securing institutional investors for a cutting-edge German fintech platform. Klaudia holds a Master's degree in Strategy & International Management from the University of St.Gallen and a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance from the Warsaw School of Economics.
