Krish Mehta is a Principal at Rosecliff Ventures, where he leads the firm’s Frontier Technology Thesis — an investment strategy focused on advancing innovation across artificial intelligence, aerospace, defense, energy resilience, and space infrastructure. At Rosecliff, Krish oversees the investment team and is responsible for sourcing, diligence, and execution of early- and growth-stage venture investments. His portfolio includes companies operating at the intersection of deep technology and national competitiveness, spanning AI semiconductor design, defense and aerospace engineering, and sustainable energy systems. Since joining Rosecliff in 2019, Krish has helped shape the firm’s approach to frontier and dual-use technologies, supporting founders whose work strengthens the U.S. innovation ecosystem. Krish earned his B.S. in Business (Finance and Computing & Data Science) from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
