Kristina Montague is Managing Partner of the JumpFund, an early stage investment fund with over $7M under management comprised of majority female investors focused on providing growth capital to women-led ventures in the Southeast US. She is also a partner in Next Wave Impact Fund, a national effort to engage and educate women investors interested in impact-focused ventures. Previously, Kristina served as Assistant Dean of External Affairs at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga's College of Business, where she developed her passion for supporting and encouraging women as business leaders. Kristina lives by the philosophy "invest in the change you want to see in the world" and focuses her investment, philanthropic and nonprofit work in the areas of education, entrepreneurship and social equity. Kristina has served on many non-profit and startup board of directors, which currently include the Angel Capital Association, Tennessee Aquarium, and Teach for America Nashville/Chattanoog
