Kristjan has sat on both sides of the table advising founders, managing strategy, and navigating investor dynamics inside tech companies. His early operational roles give him a sharp lens for how decisions really get made and how to support founders in making better ones under pressure. Kristjan is a Founding Partner at Karma Ventures, with a background in venture capital, finance, and corporate advisory. He has worked across both large and early-stage environments, bringing experience in commercial strategy, investor relations, and M&A. Before Karma, Kristjan held roles at Ambient Sound Investments, SLProductions, and LHV bank, and has served on boards and in advisory positions across the tech sector. His perspective is shaped by working closely with founders on strategic growth, product focus, and long-term business strategy.
