Leah joined Thornapple River Capital in 2019 as Chief Operating Officer. Leah brings experience from her tenure at Mathematica Policy Research, where she held several positions across policy research and corporate strategy. In her more recent roles, she assisted with the development and execution of strategic initiatives, prepared financial models and forecasts, and developed enterprise-wide data dashboards for key performance metrics.
