Leonie is an Associate Partner at SET Ventures, where she focuses on scaling companies that drive the transition to a carbon-free energy system. She brings a strong combination of investment and operational experience, with a track record in building venture portfolios and scaling fast-growing businesses. Before joining SET Ventures, Leonie was CEO of Eneco eMobility, where she led the company through a period of rapid growth and increasing organisational maturity in the EV charging market. Previously, she headed Eneco Ventures, where she led investment activities, including deal sourcing, execution and portfolio management across a €200M+ portfolio of energy transition companies. As a founding member, she played a key role in establishing Eneco Ventures as a prominent corporate venture capital platform in Europe.
