Lerato is a seasoned leader with expertise in climate action, early-stage investing, and responsible innovation. With a background in M&A law, strategy, and business operations, she has international experience across Africa, Europe, and the USA. Lerato has strong ESG credentials and a passion for developing companies and teams, alongside a focus on ethical technology governance. She holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and a law degree from Harvard Law School. Lerato is also a member of Rising Tide Africa, where she is helping to expand the network to South Africa.
