Lester S. Hyman, J.D., Founding Partner and Senior Counsel at the prominent Washington, D.C. law firm of Swidler Berlin, part of Bingham McCutchen as of 2006, and Counsel to several Fortune 500 corporations, as well as various countries and major companies abroad. Mr. Hyman brings more than 50 years of experience in business law, government, international politics, and intellectual property. A veteran of the Corporation Finance Division of the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ Secretary of Commerce and Development, Mr. Hyman’s broad knowledge empowers Oxantium’s management team.
