Lida Vandermeer

Lida Vandermeer has built her career across the tech ecosystem in go-to-market, operations, and marketing roles at both startups and larger companies. She began at Box, later joined Apple in Global Retail Marketing, and has also worked at early-stage startups across both crypto and AI spaces where she wore many hats across growth, strategy, and community. Most recently, Lida has focused on venture capital and platform, where she supports founders, builds community, and connects people and ideas. She brings a mix of hands-on operating experience and a genuine passion for helping others navigate the challenges of scaling companies. Lida completed her undergraduate studies at Dartmouth College and the University of California, Berkeley, graduating with a B.S. in Cognitive Science.
