Lisya Bahar Manoah

Lisya Bahar Manoah is a Managing Partner at Arieli Group. She serves as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors at Elron Ventures and is a board member of Rafael Development Corporation (RDC). Additionally, Lisya lectures in the Global MBA Program at Tel Aviv University. With extensive experience in managing VC funds, Lisya has invested in companies ranging from early-stage startups to Nasdaq-listed firms across various industries. Before joining Arieli, Lisya held executive positions at global corporations, including Catalyst Investments, Keter Group (BC Partners), ADAMA, and BMW/Magna Steyr. She holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University, an MSc in Mechanical-Industrial Engineering from Vienna University of Technology, and an Executive degree from Harvard Business School.
