About
Lopo founded and built hair and beauty booking platform, Treatwell, from 2008 to the end of 2019. As CEO, he led the company through a major European expansion campaign that included five acquisitions, and Treatwell is now a market leader in 11 countries and 31 cities across Europe. Previously, Lopo co-founded the world’s first online market research company, Cyber Dialogue, and created Fulcrum Analytics, one of the first online CRM companies focused on helping marketers to collect, manage and analyse internet consumer details. After exiting Fulcrum in 2004, Lopo pivoted his focus to the B2C market, becoming MD of Lifestyle at online holiday booking service lastminute.com. After the success of Treatwell, Lopo decided to hand over the management reigns so that he could focus on investing in the next generation of young consumer businesses.
