Luca Maria Zappa

Luca is Investment Counsel at Planven, where he is involved in the investments and divestments execution, corporate transactions and funds structuring. He also contributes to due diligence activities, governance, compliance and regulatory matters, as well as investor relations initiatives. Before joining Planven, Luca was an Associate at DLA Piper, an international law firm with offices in Milan. During this time, he advised on M&A, Banking, and Restructuring deals, across multiple industries and jurisdictions. Luca holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi, with a specialization in Finance, and a Master of Arts in Law from Bocconi University, with additional studies at Esade Law School in Barcelona and National University of Singapore.
