Lucas Lantsoght

Lucas joined Integra in May 2026 as Business Developer. Prior to joining the firm, he gained experience in investment banking, private equity and the family office environment at Corporate Finance International, MK3 Partners and Haerens & Partners. In these roles, he focused on deal sourcing, investor relations, business development and the evaluation of new investment opportunities. Lucas holds a Master's degree in Finance & Risk Management from Ghent University. Throughout his academic and professional journey, he developed a strong interest in private equity, entrepreneurship and building long-term relationships within the investment community.
