Since 2020 he has dealt with all aspects (360 degrees) of the legal matters relating to the management of the Club, from day-to-day relations with the portfolio companies to the extraordinary transactions involving them, with activity ranging from simple advice on legal issues to the handling of negotiation aspects, through to the drafting of contracts. Luigi graduated in Law from LUISS Guido Carli and earned a second-level Master's in Corporate Governance from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
