Lukasz is a General Partner at Asymmetric, where he invests across the Bitcoin and broader digital asset ecosystem. A member of the Fund since nearly its inception, he has helped drive sourcing, diligence, and portfolio construction, and works closely with portfolio companies to support their teams on strategy and growth. In crypto since 2017, Lukasz is deeply embedded in the ecosystem as an active onchain user. He evaluates the market from the ground up, spanning retail behavior onchain, the financial instruments emerging around the asset class, and the accelerating wave of institutional adoption. This vantage point allows him to identify real traction early, follow momentum, and back founders solving large problems. He previously worked in M&A at a private equity-backed platform and started his career in investment banking. Outside the fund, he is an active angel investor in technology startups.
