Lusa is a Partner at REDO Ventures. Prior to REDO Ventures, Lusa was a Principal and part of the founding team at Monogram Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm focused exclusively on consumer and retail companies . She partook in raising and deploying Monogram’s inaugural fund at its ~$150M hard cap and the subsequent fund at its ~$250M hard cap. Previously, Lusa was with The Carlyle Group, where she was a member of the private equity practice’s consumer and retail team. She began her career in investment banking at Evercore in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice. Lusa earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
