Lydia Kinkade brings a deep background in investing to the Iron Prairie Ventures team, having co-founded iiM, an early-stage investment firm focusing on animal health, human health and agriculture, and having served as managing director and fund manager of Cohen-Esrey Capital Partners, LLC (CECP). Lydia is integral to IPV’s deal sourcing efforts, helping identify and analyze the strength of investment opportunities and support the due diligence process. She also leverages her extensive network to create partnerships and opportunities for collaboration with earlier- and later-stage funds, accelerators, universities and other stakeholders.
