About
Maayan has extensive experience in financial innovation and impact investing, having worked at Social Finance, where he helped develop income-share agreements and social impact bond projects. Before joining Resilience, Maayan spent three years in venture capital, most recently with Better Ventures, a seed-stage fund in Oakland investing in mission-driven founders building in climate, healthcare, and the future of work. Maayan began his career at Israel’s Ministry of Finance in the International Organizations Unit, collaborating with institutions such as the IMF, World Bank, and OECD.
