Binh oversees the firm’s investment activities, and is concurrently the Chairman of Teko and Vice Chairman of VNPAY. Previously, Binh founded Garena Vietnam in 2009, growing the company into the leading digital entertainment platform and launching services such as G-Café and AirPay.
