Manoj has 25+ years of experience in pharmaceutical development from Phase I to the commercialization stage. He served as the COO of Syngene International Ltd., and also held key technical and management roles at leading organizations such as Bristol Myers Squibb and Novartis, driving advancements in pharmaceutical innovation. He holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of Kansas and has completed a management program at The Wharton School of Business. Manoj is the founding member of an innovative drug delivery start-up which has forged partnerships with leading companies globally.
