Manolo is responsible for leading and overseeing the operations of The Global Good Fund’s ecosystem, comprising the Nonprofit, Consulting Business, and Impact Fund. In this role, he is accountable for driving better integration and alignment among the various business lines and departments. Manolo works closely with department heads to support the day-to-day operations of The Global Good Fund ecosystem and the implementation of its strategy and vision. With over 18 years of professional experience in the financial, consulting, and social enterprise sectors, Manolo brings valuable expertise to GGF. Additionally, he has a background as a teacher and speaker in academic and business environments—experiences he considers as the spark that ignited his passion for leadership development and social impact.
