Manuel leads finance and investor relations at LEAP, overseeing fund operations and managing relationships with accountants, legal counsel, and auditors. He also works closely with the investment team to support financial and legal due diligence for portfolio companies. Since 2014, Manuel has worked in the US and Mexico's VC sectors. He previously worked at Nacional Financiera (NAFIN), an institution pivotal to Mexico's venture capital growth that funded US and Latin American VC funds. At NAFIN, he helped select and invest in over 14 VC funds and served on the boards of companies in which NAFIN invested directly. Before LEAP, he was with GC Capital, focusing on early-stage SaaS and e-commerce investments.
