Marianne is the Office Manager at Karma Ventures’ Tallinn office, overseeing day-to-day operations and support across the team. She brings business and administrative experience from roles at Bolt, Kuehne+Nagel, and Redgate Capital, keeping the firm running with structure and efficiency. From compliance and coordination to event logistics and internal operations, Marianne is involved in almost everything that keeps the system steady and responsive.
