Marta leads in-house research and insights, leveraging her strategic foresight experience. Before joining IRIS Ventures, she developed a keen eye for spotting emerging brands, tracking market trends and understanding consumer behaviour in her roles at trend agencies The Future Laboratory and Stylus. She holds a BBA from ESSEC Business School and a Master’s degree in Strategic Fashion Marketing from the London College of Fashion. In her free time, Marta enjoys staying active and cultivating her creativity by keeping up with the fashion, design and arts worlds.
