Before joining Guild, Max was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company and held leadership positions in early-stage startups. He coordinates Guild’s identification of investment opportunities, provides strategic assistance to portfolio company management teams, and oversees Guild's platform support functions. Max holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Palmer Scholar, and a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland)
