Michael Gwin

About

Mr. Gwin joined BroadVail in 2014 and is primarily focused on portfolio company management, asset management, and capital markets related needs of the Fund’s investments. Prior to joining BroadVail, Mr. Gwin worked at JLL in the real estate investment banking division. In this role, Mr. Gwin was responsible for underwriting, structuring, and executing asset level joint ventures across the US. Prior to JLL, Mr. Gwin was with Thackeray Partners, a Dallas-based real estate private equity firm, where he was responsible for underwriting, asset management, and acquisitions.
