About
Michael Redd is a Senior Venture Partner at ADvantage, focusing on companies at the frontier of human performance and injury prevention, areas he knows better than most. After twelve seasons in the NBA, a gold medal with the U.S. Olympic team at Beijing 2008, and his induction into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame, Michael turned his competitive drive toward venture capital. Since retiring in 2013, he has built an investment portfolio spanning sports tech, health, and performance through his firm, 22 Ventures, and as a mentor and investor in Snapchat's Yellow incubator.
