Mike Standlee is Chief Legal Officer of TriplePoint Capital, overseeing legal and regulatory matters for the firm and its investment adviser subsidiary. Mr. Standlee manages all aspects of the documentation and administration of investments in our portfolio companies, including the key interface between the TriplePoint Capital credit team and the platform's internal and external counsel and paraprofessionals. He also serves on the platform's executive steering committee.
