Michelle Forman is the Chief Financial Officer at Patricof Co. Prior to joining P/Co, Michelle was a Partner at Black Court, a fractional CFO and advisory firm focused on providing strategic finance and operational support to growth-stage companies. Prior to that, Michelle was a Vice President at Houlihan Lokey, where she focused on M&A and private placement advisory within the firm’s Technology, Media, & Telecom practice. She also held roles at MESA Global, an investment bank specializing in digital and traditional media, and at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in its Media & Technology investment banking group. Michelle received a BA and an MBA from Columbia University.
