About

Miguel is a graduate in Business Administration and Management and Industrial Technologies Engineering (Extraordinary End of Degree Award) from the University of Deusto. Subsequently, he joined AZ Capital Investment Bank in Madrid, where he developed tasks such as building financial models, preparing business plans, and negotiating clauses in sale and purchase agreements... Miguel has also participated in numerous national and international M&A processes (sell-side and buy-side), and in advising on IPOs for companies from the infrastructure and technology sectors to the health sector. He has lived and worked in Spain, and Ireland.
