Mike Burke

About

Mike brings over 30 years of broad-based financial expertise to TLSG including experience with mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and financial analysis and reporting. Throughout his career he has been actively involved in building and growing several companies in the healthcare information field. Most recently, Mike led the overall financial and administrative functions of Sg2 as its Chief Financial Officer. He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where as a senior manager, he worked with a wide range of public and private companies. Mike is a Certified Public Accountant, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA society. He received his BS in Accounting from Northern Illinois University, where he was a 2-time NCAA Gymnastics Champion.
