He believes deeply in the power of intentional space—both physical and relational—to spark human ingenuity. At Long Journey, Mike leads brand, hospitality, community, and value-add. Before joining Long Journey, Mike helped build and launch new models of higher education, launching a new college at Minerva University and a new institution for learners at Arizona State University. Earlier in his career, he worked in investment banking at Barclays Capital where he learned to love understanding how companies operate. He is a proud storyteller at The Moth (and had the privilege of winning a Grand Slam with a story about love between the lines). Mike is designing a theme park for authentic human connection.
