Milt Cheever

is a Member/Partner of Cheever Capital Management LLC, a venture capital operating company, which serves as the General Partner for The Talents Venture Funds Limited Partnerships. Milt has a diverse professional background with over 45 years of executive management experience. He has managed many multi-million dollar private securities offerings and limited partnerships, and has also co-founded several technology businesses. Milt began his finance and banking career in 1968, and was manager of several financial institution branch offices. He served as vice president of Home Federal Savings and Loan in Albany, Oregon, where his primary responsibilities were commercial loan origination, underwriting loan approval, and secondary marketing. Milt then established his own commercial real estate finance and development company in 1981.
