Mohit is currently the Managing Partner and CIO at ITI Growth Opportunities Fund. Mohit’s interest in Venture Capital stems from the passion he has for helping entrepreneurs build sustainability large-scale business ground-up. Mohit has over 13 years of global experience in Alternative Asset Management. He started his Career at Kelusa Capital, a Singapore based Tiger Cub, where he honed his repertoire at long-short investments. He later transitioned to the Institutional Equities Desk at Antique Finance. Subsequently, he moved to early-stage investing with his venture - Oliphans Capital, wherein he was the earliest backer of two-dozen plus startups including ECOM Express, Grab.in, Healthifyme, 1MG, Wigzo, HumorMe and others. Mohit is an engineering graduate from Pune University and has a PGDM from IIT Bombay. He is an adjunct professor and teaches Venture Capital & Startup at NMIMS and was voted as “40 under 40 Alternative Investment Professionals” in India by Equalify.
