She began her career in global health at Massachusetts General Hospital, working across India, Uganda, and the U.S. to expand access to care. This experience has shaped her work ever since. Across health and wellness startups, as well as tech and insurance, Molly has built deep expertise in operations, partnerships, and strategy.
