Prior to TAU Ventures Moran led the Value Creation department at Glilot Capital Partners, where she was responsible for shaping and implementing the fund’s portfolio development strategy. She worked hands-on with early-stage portfolio companies to achieve product–market fit and secure their first customers Previously, Zilbershtein served as Israel’s Commercial Attaché to San Francisco, working closely with senior executives at leading global corporations and venture capital firms across Silicon Valley. Prior to that, she headed the China Department at Israel’s Foreign Trade Administration, where she oversaw six economic missions across China. She holds an LL.B. and an M.A. in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Tel Aviv University and is a graduate of the Israeli Ministry of Economy’s prestigious Cadet Program for Economic Diplomacy.
