Nicholas is the Finance Manager at January Capital, where he is responsible for the financial management of the firm's management company and fund structures. Prior to joining January Capital, Nicholas held finance leadership roles at Affiniti, a Temasek-founded technology venture, ST Engineering, and Info-Tech Systems Ltd, where he built and scaled finance functions across multiple jurisdictions, supporting growth, M&A, and IPO readiness. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he spent six years in the assurance practice. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University and is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).
