About
Nicole joined Constant Innovation in 2015. Nicole focuses on reviewing new opportunities; growing the value of existing investments and supporting the founders of our portfolio companies. Prior to Constant Innovation, Nicole worked as a lawyer at Arnold Bloch Leibler in the commercial and corporate team. She was admitted to practice in 2014 as an Australian Legal Practitioner. Nicole has experience in due diligence reviews (buy and sell side); IPOs; intellectual property; private equity; mergers and acquisitions and insolvency matters. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University.
