About
Noel is a seasoned investor and capital markets professional. He was recently a Principal at Equilibrium Capital and the CEO of its broker-dealer subsidiary, where he led capital markets advisory and fundraising efforts. A former investment banker with over 20 years at Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, and Citigroup, he has advised governments and financial institutions globally. He serves on Northwestern University’s McCormick School of Engineering Dean’s Advisory Council.
