Nomaxabiso Teyise is a seasoned business executive, board director and governance professional with over two decades of leadership experience across listed and private sector organisations. She serves as Chief People Officer at Lesaka Technologies, a JSE- and Nasdaq-listed fintech company, leading people strategy, organisational transformation and executive leadership. As Trustee and Non-Executive Director of E Squared Investments, she is passionate about advancing entrepreneurship, strong governance and inclusive economic growth. Nomaxabiso holds a BA and BA Honours in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from Nelson Mandela University, and completed the Advanced Programme in Organisational Development at the University of South Africa (UNISA).
