Omer joined Red Dot’s investment team in 2025. Prior to that, he was an investment banker on EY’s technology team, where he advised management teams on M&A and capital raising transactions across various sectors. Prior to EY, Omer worked at the Israel Securities Authority, where he focused on regulatory initiatives related to digital payments, the democratization of alternative assets, and investment fund oversight.
